Women wearing tights to the gym

Why? Wouldn't shorts be a better option? I've never worn tights, but I imagine you stay cooler and more comfortable in shorts.

Oh, while I'm here, let me bitch about something: unless you're going on the treadmill, leave your goddamn phone in your locker or your car. Why should I have to wait to use a machine because you take five minutes between reps scrolling through Facebook?

People can wear what they want, and leashed to phone is real apparently. Don't you have other hobbies?

A few years back I went to Goodlife Fitness and had a personal trainer. They had a rule there during work-outs no phone, so one had to plan around that hour. The front desk could be called in case of an emergency to contact you.

That is an understatement! I've told people don't call my cell unless it is an emergency. It took me years to finally get one. I figured back some years ago it would come in handy if I was ever stuck out on the highway broke down and needed CAA.
