I knew nothing about Star Trek. My guess involved looking at a word with a lot of Es and thinking about space generally.
How was I to know that some designers would flood the image searches with curvy, obscuring "improvements" on the symbol that I had remembered?
And also let's not forget that some of us outside the Dominion were completely clueless about a recent poser that involved "Benny Bunions" or whatever his name was. 😉
