i deserve to win this game

i Game 2073545 my opponent has only one move kf2 and Qg1 is a sure checkmate.but he is purposely wasting time.and waiting for long periods of time just before the timmeout period to make a move.can anything be done

so do i get the same rating points for a timeout win as for a win by resignation or checkmate

Two basic types, those who see a checkmate coming and resign, saying "good game" or some such, and those who run away and let the game time out.

Whom do you think would be more fun to hang out with?

naturally the first type.they dont waste time in a site that gives only 6 games

well at present i cant.but cant we make a rule about such sure victory situations
