So at last we are getting somewhere; you admit that to get a fair-handed game one has to pay for a subscription. That's exactly what I'm saying too.
If someone plays whilst drunk, that's their own choice per game. It's an outside influence that isn't forced on them during the games.
And before you say everyone has the choice to subscribe, th ...[text shortened]... games are not played on even terms.
Case proven!
edit: wtf is gestapoesque?
My point is that a fair game option is available to everybody using this site. Your point appears to be that non-subs are at a disadvantage.
It seems to me that you'd also "not" complain about player B in the following OTB scenario.
Due to poor organisation, when A and B arrived to play their game, there were no seats waiting at the board for them. Player A decided to do something about it, and wandered off to get his own chair. Player B didn't bother.
He played out the game, occasionally tutting and shaking his head. When the game was finished, he loudly and repeatedly "didn't complain" about how unfair the game was as player A had a seat, and he didn't.
When pointed out that he also had the option to get his own chair, he said "Aha, so you agree that it was an unfair game"
