Any will work but I'm unfamiliar with how well the .org site performs in the U.S. ...some are faster than others given you're essentially 'ghosting' through one site to another, best check them out when at home for suitability..

Using a proxy server will only show the employer that you are trying to find a way round the blockage they have imposed.
It will all end in tears!
