Just curious the best player (rating wise) anyone from RHP has ever defeated. Mine was nothing spectacular, I believe a 1700-ish rated player who just didn't see a mate in one. I'm sure some people on here (Northern Lad, Korch, Greenpawn, etc.) have maybe beaten CMs, Ms, or maybe even an IM or two

it's good to see my name mentioned in the same line as
Korch and Northern Lad but to be honest I'm just a hacker.
There are some very strong other player's on this site.
Don't be surprised if someone comes on and gives a long
list of GM's.
However....if you must know.
In serious one on one OTB games 1 GM and 3 IM's.
(one of the IM's I actually beat twice, so you could say 4 IM's)
I'm not givng the names'cos that would really be bragging,
and they might not thank me for reminding them that
I swindled all of them.
(One of them I know plays on this site - he never posts
but he has said 'Hello' via a PM).

I've played an someone around 2200 like 50 times, with one win and 3 draws. My win was, however, in a 15 minute game; I don't stand a chance in slower games.
I hope he doesn't mind my saying so, but User 21234 has beaten Kasparov- why doesn't his profile boast of it?

In simul it`s easier and also consist of some kind of luck. - When GM is making simul he usually makes his moves in blitz tempo against players having much more time to think on their moves.
I think in '89 David would have been around the 2300-mark.
