why have admin not yet cracked down on the easy riders, breaking bad, arrow, anti metallica conspiracy ( Robbie, McTayto,Lemondroop, Vespin).

is it because they have a direct influence on the site admin or even are part of the admin set up

I don't think it's karma, I think it's admin losing the plot and losing control, or maybe they just can't be arsed to get involved anymore
