To be able to vote by a single click could be a factor, as could that People now only have four stories to read 😉 [Those who voted in the first round knew the stories anyway (I hope) and only had to refresh their Memory]

This last vote is interesting, and close so far, but....Far more interesting to me now is who wrote all of the stories! I hope nobody chooses to remain anonymous, I imagine that we'll be discussing the stories for a bit after the final result is known. It isn't the winning, after all, and there were some entries which didn't make much progress points - wise but deserve much acclaim nonetheless. I've found the 1st round voting fascinating, and it will be good to know who we voted for! Sorry, but this is my first one of these, I daresay you old hands have seen it all before and don't share my innocent enthusiasm....

Some I find it easier to relate to though and they usually get my votes. But they are all interesting and worthy of our appreciation. 😍
