My oponent wants to claim draw.
No one wants to lose buy there is
one position where I can win but
how patient should I be before
my oponent gets into that position?
    He also could resign.

Is chess about being nice or winning?

Don't listen to them, you can win it - just persevere for a few more years and you may outlive your opponent.

He just needs to work his bishop back to his opponents back rank and promote it! Piece of cake....

Maybe with the Black king on h1 and the White bishop on g2 and the White king on.... well, g2 I suppose. It'll be a tight squeeze, but it might just work.

maybe if your bishop changes colour, your opponent can win?

erm, You cant mate with one Bishop, just accept the draw.
You really shouldn't be giving advice on a game in progress.

    Particularly bad advice.

Where were all you guys, so ready to concede a draw, on my etiqutte thread.

    Never give up, never surrender.

He should fight on, he's up material.
