say something impressive or funny and you get rewarded by the other players with a rec - you can trade them in for wine glasses or smurf figures

Ok, about the topic of the post... if you really think your oponent is lame enough to allow you to mate him then don't accept the draw, otherwise you will find that after 40 moves or so you will have no choice.

Yes. I almost mentioned that earlier.

It's very interesting that with more pieces on the board, you can mate with K+B only.

He say's versus King. He's a 1500, so I presume we don't have to spend hours telling him you can't mate with a K+B against a lone King.
