Actually before starting this I did extensive analysis with Fritz and Basmans "The Killer Grob" which covers 1. ... g5 as well as 1. g4 and I decided the 1. h4 was even better than 1. f4 if black is going to play 1. g5 regardless.

My firt attempt at the grob. Iwas to do it in some time but just now got the courage to do it. Had an oppen challenge accepted it and then I thought: " What the heck!!" So now it's on and impossible to go back.
It seems to be a lotta fun

I think that its definetly not good for black - they cant afford so much as white.

I hung my knight a couple of moves later...😞 But it's fun not because i was up in material but because i have a lot to think about. I think i'll give the grob another try on a more thoughtful game and that's it.

true, but your knight hanging was not so bad as it created a passed pawn in the process...

i just finished looking over the whole game...
you lost that passed pawn and his h-pawn is passed...
