I thought about putting this in the culture forum but decided it doesnt really fit.

Anyway, what is your favorite Beatles song of all time. Mine is a tie between "Let it be" and "Hey Jude"

'All too much' I think it's on the Magical Mystery Tour EP.

I prefer it by Steve Hillage though.

Beatles? Favorite?

C'mon. The Stones, Floyd, The Who, ... all part of the British invasion and made music with more lasting appeal. Had I been a twelve year old girl in 1964, my views might be different, but I wasn't.

If Dylan's "Fourth Time Around" was inspired by the Beatles (Lennon thought so), then it would be my favorite "Beatles song".

The Beatles were pop geniuses. That's the difference between them and the Stones etc.

Octopus Garden, who can resist that? Come Together, Eleanor Rigby ...

The best thing the Beatles did was to die... well, Paul is still here, but just give him some time.

Seriously, the only good thing they did was this...

Exile on Mainstreet is far superior to Sticky Fingers in my opinion!

For the beatles, tough, first songs that jump to mind are

- Something (in the way she moves)
- While my Guitar Gently weeps
- Dear Prudence

My band is learning that one tonight!!

I think my favourite is either "And Your Bird Can Sing" or "She Said She Said" from Revolver.
