Play as normal, but don't take d4. The c3 Pawn will inhibit his ability to develop. Try to cramp him.

I don`t know that thousand young d6 is to stop white from `e5ing` blacks knight maybe.

Fine with me, what about 5. Bc4 now? I always thought 5. ... Nb6 but there are other possibly far more viable options
