Don't agree there.
Nothing is ever 100% in chess.
I'm sure Jeff could find some examples where it is a blunder for 1 of his blogs

Nope. I remember one time I wanted to trade pawns, but suspected my opponent wouldn't if he thought that was what I wanted. So I moved two squares instead of one, and he immediately snatched the pawn en passant.
