21....c3 was a great move by Black, I bet you swore when you saw he had played that?

27.Qd3 was brave and 35.e6 was a very good move (I assume you'd seen it when you played 34.Ng4+) which spared your blushes.

I suspect the huge rating difference is what encouraged Mr Smaug to play the highly dubious 27.Qd3. I thought he played very well to recover from 21. ... c3.

It bothers me that Smaug and Dragon Fire can pick on 1500 rated players and get to 2000 that way. Look at all the bad moves black played right from move 6.
