Game 4711225

the game is lost for him, my next move is Rh4, winning the pawn
this guy makes a move and then waits for 3 days before making another one...with this tempo the game will last a month, maybe more.
i can play only 6 games at the time and he'll occupy that slot altought he is obviously beat...
i asked him why, he didn't reply
i'd like to punch him 🙂
you?

well hes in the rules of the site taking the time limits so all you can do is wait your turn and mate him or get a time out win....
The obvious answer to the 6 game limit is to subscribe its not to expensive then you can play as many games as you like then.
Also we cant comment if games are in progress.

there should be a "force win" button if your opponent has only the king and you have at least a rook... 🙂

They are not beat till you beat them.

You could lose you internet access for a sufficient period to suffer a timeout loss.

You could make a silly move.

Want more games - subscribe.

Want to play faster games then play 1/0 time controls.

all these do not change the fact that the OPs opponent in that game is a complete jerk. I just hate those kind of stupid behaviour.

I have played lots of games where my opponent carries on despite the fact that he is lost from an early stage. And I let them. Perhaps they want to learn something about it?

What about if you have a king left and I have a knight and a bishop. This is a true win for me, but do you really know if I know how to win within 50 moves?

So play on, prove to him that you know how to handle your pieces.

Even in tournaments, if you are timed out you can claim a draw by insufficent losing chances, judged by the td, can't you? Would that work in cc?

Hmm.
Where do you draw the line with material advantage?
2 x 1400's & 1 is a pawn up & "claims" a win due to the opponents slow play?

No, his opponent is NOT a jerk.

No, his opponent's behaviour is not stupid. On the contrary, it's quite clever. There are stll ways for him to win this game ( btw I mean like time - not commenting on the position as I've not seen it ).

I hate posts like this. His opponent is playing within both the rules of chess and the rules of this site.

it should be only if you have a rook or more...

i don't mind playing if i take opponents queen in first few moves and he has 2 rooks bishops and knights...
but with king alone...
its just annoying

postition is that i have a rook and he has only the king
