I don't know about cheating in blitz.

But I will say, I just beat a player ranked in the top 15 on rhp at blitz, 2/0. Now, blitz is not "real" chess, per se, but I would think a person who has won 98% of their games on here would be able to handle a scrub like me at any time control.

Makes me wonder...
