4.Qxf7+ then 4...Kd8 - only move
5.Qxg7...Qf6 - forced, protecting Rh8
6.Qxf6+...Nxf6
7.c3 attacking Bb4 (or possibly 7.f3 but that prevents Nf3)
I think this is the best black can hope for.
Here white has a very solid position (black's KS is a joke!) & is 2 pawns up. Maybe the resignation was justified as his first few moves suggest that black probably wouldn't have lasted much beyond move 10 anyway.
Yes, white must win this easily, but white's rating is only 1152 so I would have played out until mate. Black probably didn't see that his bishop was protecting f8.

I think you may be right about the Bb4 preventing mate not being seen as black's rating is -1000
That's probably the reason for the resignation - I didn't even look at the players' ratings when I (over) analysed the gameπ
