Rxc7+ I'm too lazy to do anymore. Heck I'm thinking you could possibly win after Rxh7+ too.

Rxh7+, Kxh7, Be3+, f4, Bxf4+, Kg1, Qg4+, Qg5, Be6, Kh2 (Kf8, Rf1+),

.. hmmm, QxQ, hxQ, BxN and white will win.

I am pretty sure 1.Qd2 ~ 2.Qxh6 wins. [1...Qh4 2.Rg4+ ]. Not sure mate in how many moves it is, though.

An educated guess: 1. Bd3, threatening 2. Rxh7+ etc. so 1... Bxd3 2. Qxd3 and black can probably muck about for 11 moves.

indeed, he will muck around, but Bd3 is threatening the more precise Bxh7! threatening Rxc7++

You don't have to solve it if you don't want to but resigning isn't a solution to the problem as the stipulation clearly states that it is white to move and mate in 11.


BTW: Blacks best defense is not Bxd3.

i puzzles, the solver only needs to find the winning move for the color to move. we needn't go any further.
I just thought about making a puzzle thread with our game in it and saying White to move and Draw... just to see how long it would take you to figure out it was our game...
then I figured you'd call foul play, and bring i the mods, and claim your little win, etc.
