Chess site with photos of beautiful models

I am a photographer - I am wondering if there is interest in a chess site that would include access to photos of beautiful models as part of the mebership. The rest of the site would work like a regular chess site. There would be avatars, clans, rankings forums etc much like this site... Well I thought I would post the question and see what people had to say about it. I look forward to your replies.

I like the idea and would visit it, but I probably wouldn't pay to join.

EDIT: I think, I misunderstood you. I thought you meant with pictures of the top female chess players like they have on Chessbase sometimes. Otherwise, why would you mix chess and models?

I wouldn't like to see models on a chess site because, not only would they attract the sort of people that we wouldn't want to associate with on a chess site, but it would be a distraction from a game that requires a great deal on concentration.

The way this thread has evolved into a discussion of "porn" sites indicates where the beautiful models belong.

This site has members of only 13 and I think such a section not only has no bearing on chess but is totally inappropriate.

I would not subscribe to such a site.

Do you really expect men (you presumed clientèle) to play anything resembling decent chess while staring at pictures of beautiful women. These two activities need to be seperate.

I appreciate everyones input and respect all the opinions that have been voiced here - and the creative domain suggestions - even though I already have registered the domains I plan to use.

Let me share a minute and clarify a few things. This idea that I am proposing would be an addition/separate section to a web site that I am already building. It will be up and running in August. The site itself will be more like an online magazine. I want to build a fan community around the photographic content that I shoot. THe site will include photo galleries, live webcam feeds with the models (with chat), and lots more. A good example of a site that is somewhat similar to what I am doing and very popular right now is suicidegirls.com

They do not have online chess or games on their site, but it is an online magazine (more or less) that is geared toward open minded people who enjoy natural beauty. Suicide Girls focuses more on goth/emo models, but their photography is exquisite and their models are naturally beautiful if not always "perfect 10's".

That brings up the post about using Google image search. I agree that you can find lots of beautiful models on Google. However, most of that photography is second rate at best and the same models are seen again and again. My site will be full or georgeous photos of models that you will not be able to see anywhere else because they are exclusive to my portfolio.

The site I am launching will be geared toward anyone (men and women) who want to see beautiful photography of real models - not fake looking silicone plumped xstripper types. Not that there is anything wrong with that - just that it is WAY overdone and in my m opinion there is a lot of room for a site that will feature truly well produced images with an eye for beuty and art - not just nudity for the sake of nudity. I see beauty even in the imperfect and actually find that more attractive.

To the women who asked about men - sorry. The site is not coming from a sexist angle. I do photograph only females, but my site is actually meant to celebrate the real beauty of the models. From the standpoint of the models themselves I also dso not think it is sexist. When I talk to the models I shoot with I consisitently hear them say that they feel more empowered when doing something like this. It may not be everyones definition of empowermentl, but then I do not photograph models that do not agree with what I am doing. My angle on things is to respect and put people on a pedastal - not to degrade or tear down.

So with all that being said - the chess section on the site would be one thing to do of many. There will be many other sections and things to do on the site. I will hope that the ones who decide to play chess take it seriously. But come on. This site is free and there are always clowns to watch out for. You all know as well as I do that you have to look at rankings, number of moves etc. before you take a game with someone - even on this site. If you get stuck in a game with a clown on this site (or any other) it is probably your own fault for not checking them out first.

So now that you have more info let me know what you think now. Also feel free to challenge me if you want to play chess. I am not great but I dont suck and I am always up for a learning experince even if I lose.
