I have cousins that are the same way...
they do karate, challenge me (since I'm so big)
then I just strangle them, they just don't have any muscle!
even when they get me in the tightest grips, I just "hulk" out of it.
kind of funny, really.

Brute power and strength will beat martial arts anyday.

The idea behind martial arts was to give weaker men some sort of weapon.

it's more for fitness these days.

It is called MMA which stands for mixed martial arts.

MMA guys don't specialize like waitzkin.....I've been to MMA gyms...

just because it stands for mixed martial arts doesn't make it a martial art.

go to a MMA gym and you won't be taught flying kicks and roundhouse and crap.....you'll be taught how to punch and take a punch....then a little bit of ground work etc etc.

those are fighters....not martial arts guys geez...
