Error in the computation of chess rating

Previously, I have a provisional rating of 1442. But after winning a chess game, such rating was reduced to 1437. I should have at least maintained a chess rating of 1442 because I didn't have a draw or a lost game. This is a very clear error.

You still have a provisional rating!! It will remain so until you finish 20 games.

Just wondering why did you not bring this up when your rating dropped from 1593 to 1488 to 1405?
