    Anyway, try the Icelandic Gambit (a variation of the Scandinavian where you do not bring the queen out to recapture the pawn).

    1. e4 d5 2. exd Nf6!

    If white tries to keep the gambit pawn then all the fun starts
    This is not a gambit. White's game is so bloody inferior if he keeps the pawn, that he has no choice but to give it back. It's only a gambit if the other side has a realistic chance to hold onto the pawn. For instance suppose your bishop, then your knight then an opponents rook are on a diagonal. You play NxP (anyway) they play PxN and you play BxR winning the exchange. Did you "gambit" your knight with the first move? Of course not.
