I think blacks 5th move is a mistake but then without it it would not be a Fried Liver.

To answer the question I don't mind it. After Nxc2+, Kd8, Nxa1 white has a dangerous initiative.

Yes but I'm not sure how to convert that into anything. 1. Nxc2+ Kd1 2. Nxa1 Bxd5+ 3. Kd6 Ne4+ 4. Kxd5 Qd3+ 5. Kf6 Qxd8 doesn't work because of Bg4+ winning back the queen...

If you play 1... Kf1 then black can simply play 3. Kd7 and I can't see much of an attack...
