My brother and i always use insults whilst playing, hoping it will cause a stupid mistake (its a brotherly love thing i guess).. We both made a stupid mistake each in this game. his is less obvious than my blunder.
Anyway... we ended on a draw but i have looked long and hard and i cant see any other outcome. So, who can teach this young fool who and how the game should have been won??
38...Rg8+, King is forced to move from defending the f pawn and the black bishop can cover or sit on the e pawn's promotion square. Most likely an exchange of rooks and Black taking the f and e pawns with a slight advantage black but with equal pawns and just a single bishop, likely a draw anyway.
