The points you will win will vary depending on whether the opponent is lower rated/similarly rated/higher rated.
As a non sub if we assume each game takes 3 days to finish it means that you will need (45 wins/6 games ) x 3 days = 22 1/2 days to do so.

Go to the player table and find players than move fast, set a fast time limit such as 1/0.
If you finish each of your 14 games in 40 moves you will be there by the end of January.
There are greasemonkey userscripts that tell you how much your rating will change based on a game. You need firefox and greasemonkey installed first though.

I would recomend playing people around your rating or a little over if you plan to improve. Spend time on each move.
