haha very nicely said... problem is i have limited access to the internet and i wasn't paying attention to the fact that the timeout was 1 day

Yeah, gotta watch out for those guys who play exclusively 1/0 games (1 day timeout, 0 day time bank) and rack up timeout wins. On the other hand, if you know you'll be able to keep up with the game, you could be playing someone with an inflated ranking--i.e. ranking is higher than true indication of chess skill.

I prefer 1/0 games, but rarely take timeouts, except in the case of people who just can't be bothered - and then I put them on my ignore list. I'm here to play, not to sit and look at 60 games and "0 games waiting" {like I'm doing right now}. I'm also ignoring 2 skulls because those players have advised me they're not available. We're not all ratings-boost cowboys.
