This looks bad. We should have played c5 first but I'll look at it in the next couple of days and give you my comments.

You have my sincerest apologies, Bowmann. But please next time give a short sample variant in support of your view.

The world (of chess) isn't over yet. We still could play Rd5

Let's look at this:
22...Rd5!? 23.Nc4 Ra6 24.Nd6+ Kb8 25.Ne4! Rf5 /otherwise Black loses a pawn/ 26.Rxf5 exf5 27.Qf4+ Ka8 28.Nc3 Qd7/28...Qe6 29.Qe5! Nd7!? 30.Qc7 Qe8 31.d5! and things look grim/ 29.Re1 and White have a long lasting adavntage. Can we improve that line for Black?

22. ... Rd5 seems to be the only option and thereafter the white knight swings into play as you say. Possibly 23. ... Ra4.
25. Qb3 looks more threatening.

Ok. I'm a not so good player. But I'll make a suggestion anyway:
Since everything is quite locked, and you guys who know chess dont seem to get past certain threats. Has anyone looked at 22 .... Nd5? (23. Rxf7 Qg5 24.Nc4 Ra4) This sacs a pawn but opens up the position. I know we're playing a superhuman here, and that the pawn could be more than we afford. But I thought I'd ask... Respect is all good and well but I know I didn't look further than Rxf7 at first just because we loose that pawn... And if this is direct suicide please tell me where this would lead.
Respectfully. Jesper.

There's no such thing as a stupid question - only stupid answers.
25. Nd6 Rxd6 otherwise your position is totally lost and you're down both the exchange and a pawn. 26. Pxd6

Ahh.. Not so good then :-) Thanks.

22. ... b6 looks dumb because you go down the exchange (rook for a knight) but it gets rid of that pesky pawn and knight and allows the king to get across to help the f7 pawn. Have a look at it.

How so? After 22...b6 23.Nxc6 Q~ 24.Nxa5 bxa Black's position seems disastrous.

Fair enough. I should think more before I open my mouth.
Rd5 looks the best. Otherwise it's something negative like Kb8 which is a horrible square with the threat of the knight fork, or Kc6 which does nothing.
