Why would any new player look at a list of banned players? I didn't even know it existed for ages and I don't care about who is on it (unless they have cheated me out of a win).

Plus on the list of removed players (accesible via Site Map) the general reason for the banning is given.
While this may be not very enlightenming for "harrassing" "using computer" or "Had multible accounts" is quite clear to me.

Further thought: It is very difficult to know the knowledge of someone who has been banned for using foreign knowldege, isn't it?
