Play the Muzio Gambit, sac a knight for an attack!
Korchnoi plays it, and wrote a book about it a while ago.
Theres still plenty of books on it, and lots of games to study.

Only trouble is the way this is set up I can't play d5 as black (Falkbeer counter Gambit) so I'm busted - I have lost half my games already.
Fishers Defense (d6) is no bloody good, so I have no respone as black other than resignation in a clearly lost starting position.

You can't do that in KGA and expect to hang around for more than a dozen moves.
And by the way, nothing (not even Fishers defense) is any bloody good against the KG because it is such an awesome opening.
