5) Wibble Wobble is a registered player on this site, but hasn't played since February 2006. He doesn't seem to have been banned but he did time out a huge number of games.

6) As far as I can see Wibble Wobble never played Santa Drummer, mikexx2020 or Caro Kann. Also, Caro Kann registered after Wibble Wobble stopped playing.
7) In my opinion there is circumstantial evidence that Caro Kann previously registered and played as Wibble Wobble, but as Wibble Wobble was never banned and never played any of the other likely Caro Kann aliases, I don't think this is important.
8) I like people who are enthusiastic about chess and try to give something back. As far as I can see Caro Kann is doing this with his site www.michael-boyd.net, and I wish him luck with it.

So, unless one prefers to believe that mikexx2020 is a very popular handle, it has been very well-established that Caro Kann has already been banned for cheating.
Yet, far from being a completely reformed character as you appear to suggest, he insists on falsely accusing others of his own sins and on gratuitously insulting young posters who dare to ask simple questions about chess.
