Seriously, you guys need to stop looking for trouble where it doesn't exist. Black is no more a slight than "Negro" was, or "Caucasion" is. Racism was and always is the attitude behind what is being said. There was nothing racist behind the topic of this thread, and working hard to make something so innocuous appear racist just trivializes the real issue of racism.
Jump on real racism when it appears. Leave everything else alone.

Not that it's a big deal; as I said before, it hardly makes the OP a racist, it just is one of those interesting little things that shows some sort of low-level bias towards thinking of blacks as different than the norm.
But you're right about one thing - nobody should be accusing the OP of being a "racist" based on just the thread title, seeing as how many people do this sort of thing regularly.

would you make a fuss about someone writing "little white kid beats up lennox lewis!"
although I'm sure there are people who would manage to miss the forest behind the tree in that case as well. somehow the kid being white would mean the whole black world was mocked, and every white spectator would be the cause of it all. and that's simply insane.
and phlabby, I think I had to read about three pages of comments before I saw the racist idiot there. I've never read the comments before, and I can't really see what kept your interested up to that point. I would never have bothered to read any of it, had you not insisted that there was racist commenting there. I doubt many people manage pass the first couple of comments, there's just no content whatsoever. it's all "pig flipz car lolz111!" one post after another. static noise. useless nonsense.

Again, again, again... I wondered about the original posters intentions of posting this based on that line of posting at the time. I now don't believe their intention was to bring a racist subject here, having seen a couple of their posts.
Yes, it was one idiot, and I'm also glad so many people pointed out what an idiot that user was.

There was once a black man who was playing wheel of fortune.
The black man walked with Pat up to the final puzzle, and 7 blanks appeared.
Pat announced the theme as "Things People Hate."
Pat went through the usual motions and said, "Give us R, S, T, L, N, and E."
So, a good portion of the puzzle lit up, revealing the letters below. Pat bid th ...[text shortened]...

Here is the cliff notes.
Good movie at Youtube
Bad conversation
Phlab wonders why RHP user linked to said movie and has need to point out child is black.
Look, I expect that crap at a crappy place like Youtube. I WAS wondering what the poster's intentions were when they linked to it. I HAD felt they did it because of the crappy racist posting. They have said that was not their intentions, and I'll take the user's word for it.
Your "then complain at youtube, not here" request doesn't make sense at all if you've been following the thread.

What shall we call the black pieces in chess then?
I've heard people get over-sensitive over some issues out of a misplaced sense of what people would call "political correctness" definitely.
However, almost as often I've seen the excuse of "hey, I'm just not politically correct" being used as an excuse to express racist (to whatever degree) sentiments.
