I haven't played on yahoo in over a year. I don't know about lately but it really seemed to me that yahoo chess was crawling with engine users. I know I wasn't the only person who thought so.

It only makes sense. You can see the long list of banned players here on RHP and so far as I know yahoo doesn't even have a governing body that's doing any banning, or at least they didn't before.

I quit playing on Yahoo when they changed the interface about a year ago.

When you get done with yahoo, go to msn. It's almost as much of a joke as yahoo. But you have to take into account that those sites aren't catered towards "serious" chess. I'm glad you are ripping them a new one though.
