Does anyone still fall for this? I am tempted to think that my opponent in this game did it for fun...who doesn't know about this mate? Doesn't it have a specific name?

It just happened again! Just for fun, I started a game where I pre-positioned the pieces where I could execute fool's mate in one and somebody accepted the game offer! I couldn't believe it! Luckily for them, though, the game wasn't rated... 🙁 🙂

I even titled the game "I'll Bet You $1,000,000 You Can't Win" and someone accepted the game... LOL
