I always play c5, my club mates are now really testing me because they know I am going to play the sicillian which is good as my otb sicillian is improving now
The most common replies are probably c5 (Sicilian), e6 (French), and e5 (King's Pawn) in no particular order. I would focus on these and maybe learn d5 (Scandenavian) and Nf6 (Alkheines defense) later.

Everybody's going to give you a different answer, but my opinion is start with e5 for a while to get a feel for good opening principles (you will learn a lot about basic tactics and different positional ideas).
After you have a feel for the basics with the e5 lines, you can graduate to the Sicilian with the more advanced (but more powerful) ideas.
