I vote for d6. This prepares development and once the bishop has moved we are closer to caslting
My goodness isn't it about time you got a life and played chess against real people instead of fooling around with fritz.
Is that the only way you can manage to play a decent game?

I'm not so into this idea of human v. engine. But since you guys seem to be confused let me enlighten you.
First, it's going to get boring and old pretty fast, but if you really want to play it then do it right.
Play 1...c5
Try to go into a Dragon, because F9 can't handle those positions at all.
My vote: 1...c5
The dragon is a great choice.

I think this is a pretty effortless idea, all you have to do is vote for a move. A suggestion to whoever started this post is to increase time/move later so that you have time to promote a move. Otherwise you won't have a chance because people are just going to vote for something on feeling and not real analysis.

Hoping for a Dragon as well. Fritz generally has issues dealing with attacks up the h file (alas, Fritz is white); Fritz is likely to excel in positions in tactical positions that the Dragon presents, but there is deep analysis available in the Dragon, so if we are well booked, and the game goes down Dragon lines, we may do well. See the David Tebb vs !~TONY~! game regarding the Dragon to see an impressive game with the Dragon. (a thread regarding it is on the 1st/2nd pg of the chess forum).
