After 6...0-0 your setup looks pretty good, nice job so far.
7.a4 a5
I'm not sure why you played a5 here, maybe you should be aiming for
7...e6 followed by ...d5. Just my opinion from looking at it briefly with no Fritz help (I could be missing something).
8.Bg5 d6
9.Bb5 Ne8?
This move seems rather passive, why do you need to retreat the knight? Plus it let's his knight into d5. Maybe just ...Bd7.
10.Nd5 f6
11.Bd2 Nc7
12.Nxc7 Qxc7
13.Bc4+ e6
I think Kh8 looks better. You may want to play e5 right away soon. At this point your pieces are not well coordinated. Plus you gave him a pin to work with.
14.h3? accomplishes nothing Ne5
15.Bf4 Nxc4
16.dxc4 e5 good move
17.Bh2 Qc6
18.Qd3 f5
This is very nice, your last few moves were very good.
I think you played the rest of the moves pretty well, all the way up to when he let you mate him.
Overall you played a good game, but maybe some of your early middle game was too passive and you needed better piece coordination.

a5 wasn't a great move, creating a very weak square (b5), which your opponent didn't capitalise on.

And here are my thoughts -- they tend to agree with spacetime's....
7.a4 a5
a5 is unecessary - the b4 square is already guarded by the c5-pawn.
9.Bb5 Ne8?
Undeveloping peices is rarely a good idea.
13.Bc4+ e6
Kh8, e6 blocks the bishop
17. Qc6
Not sure this was too great.
white can now play Qd5+:
if QxQ then cxd5 -- and white has undoubled his pawns.
if Kh8 then QxQ --- doubling blacks pawns.

I, if playing black would have prefered Be6
25. Rd7
Bb7 pins the knight, via a mate threat, therefore, I think this is stronger.
