His last game that he won, why did they other player resign? It would have been a draw (after Kh7) if bishop takes knight. I do not understand.

no. It's white to move, and he has to move the king. Then, Black would take his knight.

    Kh7. If BXN stalemate!

    So Bf3, Kg8 .. BXN wins

    So Nb5.

    Can black now win?

    If so how?

In my opinion this ending is drawn

though if white did move his king over to the right, I think it would be a draw...?

And, it's been 49/50 moves of no capture, so it WAS a draw - they might have talked about it and agreed on something, maybe

it is only like 30 moves. one move is when both sides hve moved.

But if there is a forced mate its probably more than 20 moves away and you will need a tablebase to do it.
