when your playing 1300 and 1400 players you can reach 1600 easily if you are a good 1400 or 1500. i think when you can beat 1500s consistantly you become 1600 because you can be 1600 and not be able to beat a 1600 player but if you can beat everyone that is close to 1600 such as 1570 and above you might classify yourself as one.

Yes, I've seen your graph and I can't see it is skyrocketing, nothing of the sort.
You play with opponents quite below your rating and therefore your raise is quite moderate. If you want skyrocketing, try challenge people with far higher rating.
In the summer your rating were quite static. Now it's slowly rising. After some time you will find your t ...[text shortened]... ng. You're not there yet but you will earn perhaps 50 points more or so.
