Tomorrow the strongest chess tournament of this year starts,
there will be live coverage of the games and among the contesters are
    Anand, Kramnik, Topalov, Aronian, Carlsen,
I will sure follow the games online.
The B and C group are also very strong and full of young grandmasters

I'm picking Anand to win. It's going to be an amazing tournment, and I'll be able to follow relatively close because it's the first week of the semester. 🙂

Im rooting for Anand as well and in the B group Bologan or Yakovenko
Im looking forward to see if the young guys Carlsen, Karjakin and Navara can stand their ground ( I truly hope so, im Karjakin his biggest fan since we were on the same airplane last year from Greece to Vienna)

Cool, did you talk to him?

I'm hoping Carlsen can pull off at least a decent performance - if he doesn't it might be a little disappointing. Seems like everybody's waiting on him to prove himself.

I asked him at the airport: "are you car jackin? (karjakin) and he replied yes, later on I found out that we were on the same plane but not sittin very close to him:'(My gf talked to his mother though, tatiana or tanyas I think, she was very nice,
Karjakin was a typical 14 year old, very shy

    www.coruschess.com
round one starts at 13:30 local time ( in 7 hours)

A very interesting tournament with no clear favourite, though if anyone other than Topov, Anand or Kramnik win it will be a big upset.

I wish Adams (because he's British) and Mamedyarov (because he's going to be World Champion) were playing though.
