Thanks man! Haha yeah, it was a pretty sweet game. That game was played during this ridiculous hot streak I had when I broke into the top 20 standard TC players there. My high standard rating on ICC is somewhere around 2360 I think. Of course, a lot of people were watching that game, and you then have to deal with being called a computer by 50 morons who have idea what they're talking about. 😀 It was worth it though.

my rating was about 1500 then but to be fair neither of us had a clue how to play the opening.
i've also beaten demonseed OTB but he was he was on a 48 hour bender and was out of it.
needless to say his performance was inadequate.

I beat a master (about USCF 2200) a few months ago, and I drew that same master about a month ago (then 2220 USCF) and drew another master about 7 months ago (2246 USCF) and drew a master last year. Of course, I also lost to a 1200 USCF when I was up a rook 🙁 (my opponent was trying to get me in perpetual check, and 5 out of 6 moves were ok for me, and I chose the 6th one which walked into a mate in 1...)
I have managed to beat English Tal twice, out of two possibilities. Both as black.😏
