Wins/Loss Timeout percentage seems off

Life has gotten in the way of me playing much on here lately but I noticed the Win/Loss info on the profile. That's pretty cool. Always wondered about that. However mine says:

Wins by timeout 131 ( 12.15% )
Losses by timeout 23 ( 13.29% )

Is the percentage something other than the percentage of wins/losses? I'm asking because 131 wins is a bit larger than 23 losses so you'd think that the corresponding timeout percentages would have the win percentage larger than the loss percentage ordinarily.

So does the percentage refer to points gained/lost or something along those lines?

Wins by timeout is percentage of your total won games.
Loses by timeout is percentage ofyour total lost games
