That is a great idea actually, but all chess players need time to develop their game, perhaps a long term strategy would be to try and attract celebrities that appeal to young teenage girls and get them into the game. That way, when they grow older, they will hopefully look nice and also be able to play a good game.
I have a proud record when it coms to chess and women - no woman has EVER beaten me in my career.
For some reason I always get in a bit of a tangle when playing them and have to rely on a swindle to save the day - but it is obviously a sign that they will never beat me.
Examples include, but are not limited to...
1.Being a queen for bishop down and leaving another piece en prise while doubling my rooks on the second rank - she took the piece but had missed I could get a perpetual check with the rooks and force a draw.
2.Being a whole rook down, plus an awful position against a girl who has gone on to be even higher rated then me. This was in a proper tournament game, and I found the most incredible queen sacrifice combination which, though a series of checks, forced a win of material and left me in a level endgame (whereby I offered a draw, rather then let anything else go wrong)
3. Being one move away from checkmate, reaching to stop the clock and resign but then finding her flag had fallen and I still had a single pawn remaining so got the win.
4. Being a rook down, and with only a few seconds left on my clock, I played a check which looked like she could take a piece away from my pawn attack and block with that - luckily the following check led to mate, because interposing with the bishop was actually a blunder.

Are woman allowed to play chess?
Any female who survives the hazing in an OTB chess club could eat you for breakfast and spit out the pits.
And if you want it ironed, do it your useless self.
Anyway dont worry your pretty little brain over it. LOL

Where I live, and it seems to be the similar in the rest of the UK, there are loads of primary school girls playing chess but then more of them give up when they get to senior school than do boys. I don't know why this is or if there's anything which can be done to improved the situation.
I was close to a female chess player once. Biggest mistake of my life.
Female chess players tend to be weird. (Well male chess players are too LOL)

Cause girls are boring. Hardly seem to ever have hobbys are all. All they seem too like is shoping, and female things like that.
