after the bishop sacrifice on move 9, i don't think there was any way for him to prevent mate. can anyone confirm this?
Well the exchange of the white king's knight(The defense of the king itself) after it had made 2 moves already was the only mistake white did.It would have been bad for chess if that mistake went unpunished.Nice one my man..

By the way, white should have resigned there and then.

You mean there was method behind that madness? What was the plan if he captured your queen on move 19?

Here's mine then:

Moves 15 and 16 are the 1-2 punch that I admire here. I have others but this one I like best cause I won the tourney. 😉

On move 27 I should just take the bishop, as my opponent could have complicated things, (28 Kg6 and Bf8) but apart from that I was pleased with this: Game 944781

This is still in progress, but move 10-13 was cool : Game 1182253 🙂

I quite liked this pawn sac. After messing up my opening, and surviving the onslaught, I felt that saccing the pawn and opening the King's file was the only way to go.

You were a piece up after his failed sacrifice. I'd be more than happy to throw in a pawn or two to bust his position.

Nice pawn sac. He played the fried liver gambit didnt he? Ive heard that many people fall inot the trap of playing 5...Nxd5 and have to defend against a natural attack. 5. Na5 is the best move i think.

17. Rdh1? gives the win out of hand, after 17. ...Nxh6 18. Rxh6 gxh6 19. Qxh6 f5! it's a draw.

I think 17. Rh7 with 18. Rdh1 would have won. What you moved also was enough for a win. Nice sacrifice, even though it is a bit obvious.
