Oh, I can answer that one. NOPE.

What kind of puzzle is this? It's exactly the same as the one with the naked guy and the straw. Which is almost exactly the same as the one called "read my mind". Johnny Carson did it a lot better and a lot funnier.

The rock is a huge piece of blackpool rock & The man on top is none other than Willy Wonker the famous sweet manufacturer. He is telling the crowd, that it is completely untrue that sweets rot your teeth. But he is in distress because he knows that the crowd know that he is lying.
