must be the fastest possible. Lewis Carrols original game, if it was called doublets, seems (on a google search) not to have allowed adding or removing letters, so the word length could not be changed. So I think we might have to make up our own rules for this variant - I wuite like not being able to replace letters, it is much harder!

Okay, here's the next one (a little difficult so I will allow the changing of letters):

EDIT - I got it in four, I guess it's not that hard...

I can't even find a word after 'anger'... However I have solved the puzzle using the strictly rearranging/dropping and adding method.
