Not just competitions. Look at the papers written and see if you find a Herbert or Rogers. It's Jin xon or something like that. I look at phys.org and a lot of the papers are from chinese scholars at an American or Canadian or British institute.

There could be racial reasons between Eastern and Western Europe. I have not qualms with looking at the data.

Racially inferior? I don't know, is the only measure of a race how well it can score on math tests?

Seeing the decline of the West I can say the white race has indeed regressed, but I believe it to be more of a self inflicted sickness brought on by the immorality of Leftist beliefs.

Is what you appear to be imping to my perception (which may be totally wrong ) of what you say in this thread just mere sarcasm or do you actually believe that race alone, even excluding the effects of education, upbringing, environment, motivation etc, can credibly make a significant to the general intelligence of people? If the latter, there appears to be no evidence to support this and evidence that race at most only makes a trivial difference to general intelligence.
