The next step in human evolution

I am of the opinion that the human mind is evolving from generation to generation.

Whether I am correct or not I believe that humans should submit applications and undergo rigorous testing interviews before being allowed to breed.

A caste system should be created with the intellectuals' spawn at the pinnacle governing the spawn of the athletes, workers, etc.

Crossbred fetus' should be aborted so as to ensure the purifying of the two new species which will eventually arise.

Actually its called eugenics and the nazis gave it a bad name, however, before that time it was widely supported within the mainstream scientific community.

I suspect it will soon rear its ugly head once more. People tend to have short memories.

Indeed. Who is worthy and who is not? I suspect what he values is where you will find your answer. Is it intellegence, is it physical ability, is it a particular hair color etc?

Well, pure intelligence as a guidepost seems to fail too, just look at the life of William Sidis, who proportedly had the highest IQ of any person living or dead, estimated to be around 300, google him, look what happened to his life. MD at the age of 10, had the essentials of black hole theory a couple of decades before anyone else, at the ripe old age of 14, etc. but look at what happened to him.
