I think it's okay to have banded tournaments sponsored by clubs as long as they don't cut down
on the number of players interested in banded tournaments for the general population. A user
shouldn't have to be a club member to compete in tournaments.
BTW: The preceding poster belongs to 34 clubs. The OP belongs to 30.
