When I bring up a game and my opponent has put me in CHECK, I see a little red "check" indicator in the game details box. That is great.
However, if I've made notes against that particular game, the game details box doesn't come up by default, so I don't get to see the little red "check" alert. Then I waste time trying to make some other move that isn't accepted because I'm in check.
Suggestion: Can the little red "check" alert be put just above or below the board and very close to it so that I don't miss it?
@eYe saidIt's customary to say the word "check" when you check your opponent. It helps when you are only spending a few seconds on each move. (Although I concede that strictly speaking, it's not required by the rules of chess.)
...or just look at the board
